Terms and Conditions (T&C)

We aim to give all our customers a fuss-free shopping experience. Please read through the following terms before making your purchase. By purchasing our products, you are deemed to have read and acknowledged the following terms.

We reserve the right to amend the following terms without prior notice.

Terms

1.     Please note that submitting the Order Form for the item(s) you are interested in will indicate your intention of confirming the item(s), 

        which will be reserved for you for the next 24 hours. 

2.    All payments are to be made within 24 hours after an invoice is issued to the email address given and unless otherwise 
       agreed upon, we will put the item(s) back up for sale or sell the item(s) to the next interested buyer thereafter without 
       further notification. If you are not able to make payment immediately, you may submit your payment and shipment details 
       after payment is made at the Payment & Shipment Forms page. 

3.     Failure to make payment for the item(s) commented on after 3 incidents will result in a ban for all future purchases from
        Alles Avenue.

4.     All emails are to be directed to: allesavenue@gmail.com or you may fill up the Contact Us form for any comments 
        or queries.


Privacy Policy
Our website collects names, email addresses, and other personal information from customers only when submitted via one of our online forms, such as our order form, contact us form and  mailing list registration form. This data is used solely by Alles Avenue and is not shared, traded, or sold to third parties.


Payment Details

1.     We accept all POSB/DBS/UOB bank transfer (ATM/i-Banking). Should you not have a bank account, we recommend a 
        cash deposit at any POSB/DBS/UOB Cash Deposit Machines available islandwide.  

2.     ATM Transfer: Please furnish a clear snapshot of your transaction receipt for us to verify payment.

3.     Internet Banking: Please furnish us with the initials you used for the transaction for us to verify payment.

4.     Inter-bank transfer is allowed, however item(s) will only be mailed out after transfer is successful.

4.     For overseas buyers, please email us at admin@allesavenue.com for the modes of payment available.


Shipping Information

1.    All parcels with payment made before 9pm will be mailed out the next working day.

2.    We will not be responsible for any lost parcel that are mailed out via normal postage. All parcels will bear our return 
       address stamped at the back of the envelope to minimize the risk of lost mail. However, in the event of such situation, 
       we will endeavour to give as much details as possible for you to make a lost mail enquiry with SingPost. 

3.     Registered postage or courier service is highly recommended to avoid any lost mails. 
        (Please refer below for more details)

4.     What is the difference between normal and registered post?  

  • Normal post is non-insured and we are not liable for any lost parcel delivered as such.
  • Registered post costs an additional $2.24 per parcel over the normal postage and comes with a tracking number that can be monitored online at the SingPost website. 
  • Registered parcels are sent directly to your doorstep and if uncollected, a notification card will be left either in your letterbox or slotted under your door, after which you would have to visit the post office stated on the card to collect your parcel or you may request for re-delivery.  

5.     What are the estimated shipping costs and processing time?

Normal Postage
Cost : Starting from $1.00 (All prices are inclusive of postage, unless stated otherwise)
Processing Time:  2 - 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Registered Postage
Cost:  An additional S$2.24 per parcel over the normal postage
Processing Time: 1 - 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Other information: The tracking number will only be provided via email after the parcel is posted out.

Courier Service
Cost:  S$6
Processing Time: Next day delivery for payment made by 6pm the day before
Other information: You may choose a specific time slot for the parcel to be delivered to you. 
                             (Available time slots: 8am to 10pm)                                                                                        

Overseas Parcel
All overseas parcels will be mailed by airmail or overseas courier services (such as DHL) and the cost would be advised accordingly on a case-by-case basis.

Laundry Issues

1.     You are advised to hand-wash all apparel purchased from Alles Avenue without soaking for the first few washes.

2.     Low to medium heat ironing is recommended for all garments.

3.     For chiffon, silk or satin material, we strongly recommend using a steam iron for best results.  


Return and Exchange Policy 

1.     Our Return and Exchange Policy is only applicable under the circumstance that we have sent out a defective or 
        wrong item(s) to you.

2.     In order for us to proceed to do an exchange for the defective or wrong item(s) posted to you, the item(s) must
       be returned unworn/unwashed and in brand new condition. If we discover that the item(s) does not qualify for our Return 
        and Exchange Policy, we regret that no return or exchange would be allowed and the item would be returned to the 
        customer. 

3.     Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 working days from the day the item is posted out. Please note that after 
        this period, we will be less likely to entertain any return or exchange of the item(s).  

4.     Length discrepancy of 0.5" - 1" shall not be considered a defect and colors of the products may differ due to color 
        calibration of individual computers and might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used. We will try our 
        best to provide the true color of the products whenever possible / necessary.
 
5.     We will only reimburse postage for defective / wrong item(s) posted out.

6.     We will not offer any cash refunds unless the exact same piece that is pending for an exchange is out of stock.

7.     Please note that all returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. 

8.     We reserve the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
